Your questions
How do I redeem a voucher?
If your voucher has a QR code, use it to register your voucher, or simply call the studio on 0191 340 7273 and we’ll get you booked in.
Do vouchers expire?
Yes, vouchers must be redeemed within six months of purchase. Bookings are subject to availability.
What can the voucher be used for?
A one-hour photoshoot including the product listed on the voucher. It’s perfect for family, children, maternity and baby photoshoots. The recipient is welcome to buy more images, but there’s no pressure to do so.
